SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping of USD25 to the following countries from our logistics hub in Singapore or Malaysia:
• Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, The Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Please note that import customs, duties and taxes are not included. All customers are responsible for any fees charged.
For shipping to Singapore and Malaysia, orders can be placed on our Singapore and Malaysia sites.
For shipping to other countries besides those listed above, please Contact Us and our team will happily assist you with the possibility of arrangements.
We process orders from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
All orders will be processed within 2 – 3 business days.
Please allow up to 7 – 14 business days for your order to be with you.
During the promotional or holiday period, your order may experience a slight delay.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking details.
RETURNS
Please note that all orders placed are final. If you have concerns about your orders, please Contact Us and our team will happily get in touch with you.
Due to product safety regulations, we only accept returns for incorrect orders or damaged items that are unopened.
All incorrect orders or returns must be submitted via Email within 14 days of receiving your order.
